A lot of love and attention goes into this place what an amazing place to stay very comfortable. Positive: Very nice and clean really lovely place to stay Staff very helpful friendly polite I was amazed because it’s run by 1 person a lot of time and effort has gone into this place you can see that. Also you can have breakfast here just make sure you give them 24 hours before hand so they have the right amount of food in also serve evening meals too just let them know what meals you would like when you book. Meals breakfast and evening meals are a small price for them. Worth it. Negative: Nothing no problems. Liked everything.

Positive: Good location, quiet area. Seamless checkin process. Spacious room and comfortable beds. Neat and lovely bathroom. Overall, sparkling clean, comfortable accommodation and good value for money.

It was pleasant enough and was good value, but lack of communication from the owners let it down. Positive: The room was very clean and featured nice touches like free tea and biscuits, the bed was comfy. Negative: The electric vehicle chargers on the property's car park, which were one of the main reasons I booked the property, didn't seem to work. I attempted to contact the owners to see if there was a way to make them work, but got no response. We also were kept awake from 11pm until 2am by a very noise group of people in the room next door to us. I appreciate that this isn't the owners fault, but part of the booking confirmation says that if there are any problems with anti-social guests we should contact the owners. I contacted the owners, but once again got no response at all unfortunately.

Excellent! Positive: Great room. So clean and well maintained. Very flexible with my breakfast requirements. Even had separate toaster for gluten free diet and cereal! Negative: Nothing!
